Making sure you choose safe effective exercise after giving birth is so very important so I have designed several 6 week online programmes just for you. They are carefully structured to keep you gaining strength at a steady pace by changing the exercises very slightly each week. Nutrition and habit coaching support is optional with each programme, you can choose to have just the exercises within each programme.

This is about nourishing and nurturing your body, decreasing stress and allowing your body and mind time off to heal. The exercises are gentle and effective and the home programme designed in such a way that it’s easy to fit into day to day life. We are looking to improve posture and the aesthetics of your body but most importantly strengthen your body so that it is functionally fit to handle everything you need it to do and more with ease. This is an exercise, nutrition and lifestyle programme for those who have a small diastasis. The aim of this programme is to strengthen your core to ensure that your gap is functional as it heals so that your body is functionally fit to handle everything you need it to do and more with ease.
Upon diagnosing your diastasis recti when you first start Buggy Bootcamp you will already have received information from me regarding what you need to avoid thus giving your body the best chance to heal. During the Buggy Bootcamp classes I always make sure that everything you are doing is safe for you, but because it’s a class I don’t have the opportunity to give 1:1 personal training within the class so it is difficult to regularly check your progress and then adapt the exercises on a personal basis when you are ready to progress. If you want to take control of your healing and actively strengthen your core ensuring that the gap between your abs is functional and has the best opportunity to heal, you need to address posture, breathing, lifestyle movements, nutrition, stress and retrain your transverse abdominals and then progress the exercises so that your core gets stronger and able to cope with more movements. Enrolling on this programme means that you are supported and advised in all of these areas so that exercises can be progressed when you are ready with the one to one sessions.
